This is not an April Fool’s joke: WIME Magazine is history. The online magazine for fashion, art, lifestyle and culture will no longer be operated. Instead, it will be merged with the online platform LEWK, which previously was only available in German. Marketing services for external clients and partners will continue to be offered (more information: wimenetwork.com).
The corona pandemic was a challenge for many companies and individuals. As a medium that primarily focuses on events and fashion weeks, we were also strongly affected by the crisis. Nevertheless, we carried out a major server relocation smoothly at the beginning of 2021. In addition, LEWK (a German platform operated by WIME Magazine) received an updated design. The growing interest in LEWK in the DACH market prompted us to merge the two online magazines WIME Magazine and LEWK. We are pleased to announce that the international, digital platform LEWK will replace WIME Magazine in May 2022.
LEWK will be a digital platform that challenges the fashion of today and identifies the trends of tomorrow. In addition, the stories of undiscovered talents will be told and collections of well-known brands will be reviewed and critiqued. Furthermore, there will be curated outfits and recommendations as well as special deals exclusively for LEWK readers. Partnerships with renowned brands in the fashion and lifestyle industry have already been established for this purpose.
